They configured our lives
into different papers; ballots
and set before us
their swindling tongues
dripping with honey
and hopes
just like they did before
four years ago
and the four years before it
which all ended
in the nebulae. Hands
pointing upward,
slogans cascading
and lies of solidarity
echoing from the hubbubs.
We too have configured
them into liars, more liars
and most liars.
